Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме в развитии системы исламского образования в России – противоречию между сторонниками и противниками интеграции этой системы в образовательное пространство исламского мира. Проблема рассматривается на примере общественной дискуссии, которая происходила в Татарстане в период подготовки и реализации федерального образовательного проекта. Автор считает, что эта дискуссия затронула базовые представления российских мусульман о перспективах и стратегии их религиозного возрождения в целом, в частности проблему выбора приоритетов между интеграцией с миром ислама и стремлением к автономии от него. Поэтому, анализируя позиции сторон, используемые ими ключевые понятия, образы, критерии и способы аргументации, автор через призму этих позиций усматривает дискурсы, которые характеризует как «интеграционный» и «националистический». В статье также осмысливается глубина и суть противоречия между двумя дискурсами, которые соотносятся с политическими установками государства.

The article is devoted to the pressing problem in the development of Islamic education system in Russia – a contradiction between supporters and opponents of the integration of this system in the educational space of the Islamic world. The problem is considered through the example of public discussion that took place in Tatarstan during the preparation and implementation of the federal educational project. The author believes that this discussion touched on the basic concepts of Russian Muslims on the prospects and strategies for their religious revival in general; in particular, the problem of choosing priorities between integration with the world of Islam and the desire for autonomy from it. Therefore, analyzing the positions of the parties, the key concepts, images, criteria and ways of argument they use, the author tries through the prism of these positions to see the discourses that he characterizes as integration and nationalist ones. The author also tries to understand how deep the contradiction between the two discourses is, what its essence is, how these discourses correlate with the political attitudes of the state.
