Аннотация. В результате исследования авторы приходят к выводу о потенциальном совпадении публичных дискурсов изучаемых субъектов по теме консолидации, формирования единого образа будущего мусульманского и тюркоязычного мира. С точки зрения идеологии и с учетом сложившейся практики взаимодействия, публичная позиция Диянета по консолидации мусульман и тюркоязычных народов, традиционно исповедующих ислам, пересекается с конструктом неоевразийского толка, выразителями которого с той или иной степенью активности являются ведущие российские мусульманские организации (прежде всего Духовное управление мусульман Российской Федерации, Центральное духовное управление мусульман России). При этом интерес Диянета к северокавказским муфтиятам и муфтияту Татарстана сравнительно слабо проявляется в публичном пространстве, однако является весьма устойчивым.

Abstract. The aim of the article is to analyze the ideological and practical grounds for the interaction and mutual influence of the Turkish Directorate of Religious Affairs (Diyanet Isleri Baskanl?g?) and Russian spiritual administrations. The authors focus on the public rhetoric of the Diyanet leaders and the interaction formats between Russian and Turkish muftis over the past five years (2019–2024). Materials from the official websites of the organizations, public reports, public statements and other communications of the participants of the interaction process are used as sources. Taking into account the historical circumstances and the diversity of cooperation practices, Russian muftis can be considered as an object of long-term influence of the Diyanet and related structures. A conclusion is made about the potential coincidence of public discourses on the topic of consolidation and the formation of a common image of the future of the Muslim and Turkic-speaking world. From the ideological point of view as well as taking into account the current practice of interaction, the views of the Diyanet on Muslim unity and Muslim peoples significantly overlap with the construct of the Neo-Eurasian ideas shared by the leading Russian Muslim organizations (primarily, the Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of the Russian Federation and the Central Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of Russia). At the same time, Diyanet’s stable interest in the Muftiates of North Caucasus and Tatarstan is weakly reflected in the public space.
